All our products are handmade and made to order, created with care and attention to detail.

No Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once an order has been delivered.
As each piece is handcrafted, minor variations or imperfections may occur. These are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

No Refunds

Since returns are not accepted, refunds are not provided under normal circumstances.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Returns or replacements are considered only in the rare case of

• a manufacturing defect

• incorrect item received

To raise a claim

• An uncut and uninterrupted opening video of the package is mandatory

• The video must be emailed to us at huesetcstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery

Please note

• Submitting an opening video does not guarantee a refund or replacement

• Each case is reviewed individually

• We will try our best to see what can be done, subject to verification and availability

Claims raised without an opening video or after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
