Shipping & Delivery

Once dispatched, orders are shipped via third-party courier partners. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your pincode and location. Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, strikes, or festive rush periods.

Third Party Courier Responsibility

After dispatch, delivery is entirely handled by the courier company. Any delivery-related concerns must be raised directly with the courier using the tracking details provided.

We are not responsible for:
- packages delayed in transit
- in case of incorrect handling, damaged items, or missing products, an uncut and uninterrupted opening video of the package is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened from start to finish and must be shared on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Claims raised without an uncut opening video or after the 24-hour window will not be accepted

In rare cases where an order is marked as lost or undelivered, the courier partner initiates an internal investigation. This process may take up to 45 days, during which we are required to wait for the logistics partner to complete their review and issue a resolution to us. Once the claim is closed and we receive confirmation or reimbursement, we will proceed with the most appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or store credit. This process helps ensure fairness and transparency for all parties involved.

Address & Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to:
- incorrect or incomplete address details
-customer unavailability at the time of delivery
- In case of failed delivery or Return to Origin (RTO) due to the above reasons, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer

Non Dispatch Days

Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
